• Once purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Reselling and Transfer of Rights

• You may not "leak", "transfer", or resell our products, except when the product was created specifically for you, and you have been granted the appropriate resale license.

3. License Transfer to Another Account

• You cannot request a product license to be transferred to another account (e.g., if you lost access to your old account). The license is tied to a specific account.

4. Support

• Support is available only to customers and can only be provided on our Discord server. To access support, verify your purchase via the ticket system on the server. We offer support solely within the scope of our product and cannot assist you with adding new features.

5. Use of Brand

• You are not allowed to use our banner, logo, or any other design elements closely associated with our studio in your commercial products without prior permission.
